You are probably here because your computer is either not behaving or has some nasty bug. If you are inundated with pop-ups that bring your machine to a crawl, fell into the “Hello, I am from Microsoft, please give me a call.” trap, or just seem to remember your computer running much faster when you first got it. Over time, most systems will pick up PUPs (Potentially Unwanted Programs) that can sometimes just drag your computer to a halt, or worse, try to steal your passwords, credit card numbers, and any other bit of information they can from your system. Some are very slick and you may not even realize they are on there robbing you blind. These are the ones that are the biggest threat because they can take every bit of information you consider private for months or even years.
This is where we can help. We will use only the latest cleaning and removal software available to clear all of this nastiness from your valuable system. Full system scan and removal of viruses, spyware, trojans, pop-ups, rootkits, worms, ransomware, and other malicious software infecting a single Windows personal computer. We run multiple scans on every part of the system to ensure we get it as clean as possible. This clean usually takes about 24 hours and the price includes pickup and delivery to your location. We will contact you if the processes is taking longer due to infections, but we will not charge you anything extra.
As part of this service, we also perform a system diagnostic and ensure that your operating system us updated so you have the latest protection. We will also provide a full report of how many malicious programs were removed and provide some additional information about how these infections happen.
This is not the “prevent malicious programs from ever infecting me again” service because that one doesn’t exist. What we can do is set you up with a Managed Service program where we can help watch your system and let you know when there might be potential problems and help you to prevent them. Learn more about that by clicking the Managed Services option in the menu above.
